Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, architects, and vendors; direct them to the relevant team.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor appointments efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain enquiry logs, visitor registers, and the overall presentation of the showroom.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead follow-ups and client meetings.
• Handle administrative duties such as courier dispatch, billing coordination, and inventory of brochures/samples.
• Ensure product displays and reception areas meet brand and cleanliness standards.
• Support client visits, product demos, and showroom events.
• Uphold professional conduct, punctuality, and brand representation at all times.

Education & Work Experience

• Experience in handling architects, clients, or vendor coordination will be an advantage.
