Role Overview:

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for customers visiting iPremium Care. You will handle front-office duties, greet clients warmly, and ensure smooth customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and maintain service records.
• Coordinate with technicians and service teams for updates.
• Handle customer billing, receipts, and feedback.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, etc.).
• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Prior experience in customer service or reception is an advantage.

Pay: ₹9,201.33 - ₹26,505.83 per month
