Job Description

Location:

1. Key Responsibilities

Front Office & Visitor Management

  • Manage the front desk professionally and maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Greet and assist visitors; maintain visitor logs and issue passes.
  • Coordinate with teams for visitor meetings, conference room arrangements, and refreshments.
  • Handle incoming calls, route them properly, and take accurate messages.
  • Always ensure reception area cleanliness and readiness.

Administrative Coordination

  • Handle courier services (inward/outward), and document dispatch.
  • Maintain and replenish office stationery, and housekeeping materials.
  • Coordinate with Admin for meeting room setups, events, and office maintenance.

Facility & Office Management Support

  • Monitor housekeeping staff presence and performance.
  • Conduct daily checks of ACs, lights, pantry, workstations, and meeting rooms; escalate issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with vendors for routine maintenance and service needs.
  • Maintain updated vendor and facility contact lists.

. Data, Reports & Compliance

  • Maintain visitor, driver, and housekeeping attendance records.
  • Prepare daily admin reports (cleanliness audits, meeting room utilization, etc.).

Employee Support Services

  • Assist new joiners withID cards, access, seating, etc.
  • Guide employees with HR/Admin queries (forms, policies).
  • Support office events, festive celebrations, and engagement activities.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills (English, Marathi & Hindi).
  • Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Good record-keeping and reporting ability.
  • High level of discipline, punctuality, and confidentiality.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate (Any).
  • 1–3 years of experience in front office or admin roles.
  • Only Female Candidates may apply.
