Job Description

Job Title: Front Desk ExecutiveJob Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Welcoming Patients: Warmly greet patients as they arrive and provide a positive first impression of the clinic.
  • Managing Appointments: Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring minimal waiting time and efficient flow.
  • Patient Registration: Assist patients with the registration process, including completing forms and entering information into the clinic's database.
  • Handling Inquiries: Answer phone calls and respond to emails regarding services, pricing, and general information about the clinic.
  • Billing and Payments: Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Coordination with Medical Staff: Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other medical staff to ensure smooth operation and effective patient care.
  • Maintaining Reception Area: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality and privacy of all patient information.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  • Customer Service: Address patient concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential and existing patients to inform them about the clinic's services, offers, and promotions.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for patients over the phone, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up.
  • Follow-Up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to remind patients of upcoming appointments, confirm their attendance, and gather feedback on services received.
  • Handling Inquiries: Respond to inbound calls and provide information about services, treatments, pricing, and appointment availability.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads by reaching out to prospective patients and converting inquiries into appointments.
  • Maintaining Records: Update and maintain patient call records and appointment schedules in the clinic's database.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect and document patient feedback to help improve clinic services and patient satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Address patient queries and concerns with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
