Job Summary

The Receptionist is responsible for providing front-line customer service and support to visitors, clients, and employees. This role involves managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Ensure all visitors sign in and out as per company protocols.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide general information to callers.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for staff, ensuring proper organization of the office calendar.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail and shipments.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Ensure that the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary office supplies.
  • Provide high-quality customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed.
  • Work with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination across teams.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with office software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.) and phone systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a diverse group of people.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues efficiently.
