Job Description

Front-Desk Executive

> Answering phone in a professional manner and routing calls or taking messages as

necessary.

> Operating knowledge of office equipment like Printer / Copier / Scanner / Fax etc.

> Receive packages, deliveries, letters and to handle all inward & outward couriers.

> Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and materials.

> Regularly checking and sorting emails.

> Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks like making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, taking follow-ups whenever required etc.

ELIGIBILITY:

> Qualification – Graduate

> Skill – Excellent written and verbal communication skills, should be good looking & presentable

> Experience – 1-2 years
