Job Description
We are hiring a Front Desk Manager who is confident, well-spoken, and experienced in handling front-office operations. The ideal candidate will be the face of the company, ensuring visitors and clients have a smooth and professional experience. Candidates with prior front desk or administrative experience are preferred.
_ Key Responsibilities_
Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and vendors with a warm and professional attitude.
Answer calls, address inquiries, and manage appointment scheduling.
Maintain visitor records and coordinate meeting room bookings.
Keep the reception area neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
Manage mail, couriers, and front-office documentation.
Support basic administrative tasks and assist management as required.
Ensure smooth front desk operations with professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in front desk/reception roles.
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
