Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai for a Front Desk Receptionist. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for handling phone etiquette, performing receptionist duties, and managing clerical tasks. The role also involves providing high levels of customer service and ensuring effective communication with clients and colleagues.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome and attend to clients, ensuring a premium and personalized experience.
  • Manage the front desk with utmost poise, maintaining a refined and organized reception area.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings for clients and management seamlessly.
  • Assist high-net-worth clients with inquiries, refreshments, and coordination during their visit.
  • Manage courier services, visitor logs, and ensure confidentiality of client and company information.
  • Coordinate with the Sales, HR, and Admin teams for day-to-day operational support.
  • Oversee the presentation of the reception area, ensuring it reflects the elegance and prestige of the brand.
  • Support administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies.



Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or Customer Relations Executive with preferably in a luxury brand, boutique, or 5-star hotel.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Impeccable grooming standards and a confident, graceful presence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle high-profile clients with discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with digital tools.
