Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls; manage general email inbox

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

  • Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

  • Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record keeping

  • Assist with office supply management and place orders when needed

  • Support staff with basic administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office software

  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong customer service mindset

  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
