Job Description

key Responsibilities:** * Greet and assist patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner. * Handle patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups efficiently. * Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and coordinate with doctors and staff. * Maintain patient records, billing, and daily reports. * Ensure smooth front-office operations and maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception area. * Support clinic administration in day-to-day operations. * Handle payments, receipts, and coordinate with the accounts team. * Maintain confidentiality of patient information. * Qualification: Any Degree (Preferably with Admin / Reception experience). * Experience: 1–3 years in hospital or clinic front office preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in MS Office and appointment management software. * Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented attitude. * Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
