Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to clinic services and appointments. Provide detailed information about skin, hair, and laser treatments offered. Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently. Maintain and update patient records in the system. Follow up with patients for reminders, feedback, and re-visits. Support the front desk team with administrative tasks when needed. Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Any degree. Prior experience in hospital, clinic, or telecalling preferred. Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English. Good computer knowledge (MS Office / basic data entry).
