Dishari Consultants Pvt. Ltd., a leading training consultant in Kerala invites application for eligible and talented candidates as Receptionist for immediate joining.

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for an organization. This role involves managing the front desk and performing various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and create a positive, welcoming environment for all visitors.

Skills and Essential Job responsibilities

Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.

Communication Handling:

  • Answer, screen, and forward all incoming phone calls efficiently.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person, via phone, and via email.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and update calendars and schedule appointments/meetings.
  • Coordinate conference room bookings and ensure meeting spaces are prepared.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and faxing.
  • Monitor and order office supplies, maintaining inventory stock.

Office Security:

Maintain office security by following safety procedures, monitoring the visitor logbook, and issuing visitor badges as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Talented freshers can also apply.
  • Education: Degree passed
  • Age: Below 28th

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and hands-on experience with office equipment (multi-line phones, printers, etc.).

Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Personal Attributes: A professional appearance and attitude, customer service orientation, and the ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

Vellayambalam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week
