Job Summary

Be the welcoming face of the company by managing front desk operations, assisting clients, and ensuring smooth office administration in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, guiding them within the office.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls efficiently.
Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
Coordinate with other departments for seamless office operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and demeanour.
Customer service-oriented with a friendly attitude.
Knowledge of real estate industry terminology is a plus.
