Job Description

Ensure efficient and courteous guest check-in, check-out, and reservation processes. Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing complaints, requests, and inquiries promptly. Monitor room availability, rates, and occupancy to support revenue management. Train, mentor, and evaluate front office staff to uphold service standards. Prepare and manage front desk schedules to ensure optimal coverage. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experience. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for front office operations. Handle billing, cash management, and auditing of daily transactions. Maintain records of guest feedback and develop strategies for service improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
