COMMERCE BACKGROUND IS A MUST Accounting: • Generate vendor payment lists for approval from the departmental head to release payments • Record and tally bank transactions from the bank statements to the Company’s database • Record accounting entries in the Company’s predefined Google sheets and Tally software • Generate revenue & payments reports to pass on to the respective return filing teams • Extract status reports as and when required using Company’s established software • Conduct analysis of financial statements and assist in preparing a financial model • Perform daily reconciliation of system generated and the actual receipts of money • Payroll management and documentation of new employee registration • Labor dept. challans reconciliation and payments on monthly basis • Documentation and organization of financial data of the Company • Generate MIS reports on monthly or as per request basis • Perform budgeting and forecasting Finance: • Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions) • Support in preparing pitch decks, investment memorandums, and client presentations • Perform industry and market research to identify investment opportunities and trends • Assist in due diligence for M&A, fundraising, and restructuring transactions • Collaborate with senior team members on transaction execution and deal structuring • Prepare financial reports, company profiles, and competitive benchmarking • Engage with clients, investors, and other stakeholders as needed • Assist in the entire lead generation process through market and organic research

Assist in food preparation by washing, chopping, and organizing ingredients as directed by the chef or kitchen supervisor. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils throughout the shift. Support dishwashing duties, including cleaning plates, pans, and other kitchen tools quickly and efficiently. Stock and organize supplies, ensuring that ingredients and tools are readily available during food service. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling and storage of food and kitchen waste.

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas daily. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and surfaces. Change bed linens, replenish towels, and restock room amenities. Dispose of trash and ensure waste areas are clean and odor-free. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor. Maintain housekeeping carts and cleaning equipment in good condition. Follow cleaning checklists and property hygiene protocols. Ensure guest privacy and property security during cleaning tasks. Handle laundry duties if assigned, including washing, drying, and folding. Uphold company standards for cleanliness and guest service at all times. Responsibilities: Daily Tasks: Carry out basic repair work like fixing lights, leaks, ACs, furniture, or painting. Quickly respond to any maintenance problems or service requests. Preventive Maintenance: Follow a set schedule to check and service electrical items, fire safety systems, water tanks, air conditioners, and kitchen equipment before problems happen. Keep proper records of all maintenance and repair work done. Vendor & Inventory Handling: Call and coordinate with outside technicians or contractors for work that needs special skills. Keep track of all tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials. Make sure any needed parts are bought on time and within the given budget. Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure that the hostel follows cleanliness, safety and security rules. Assist in periodic drills or inspections related to fire safety, security and overall property hygiene. Experience: 1-2 years in maintenance or facility management, preferably in hospitality or hostel setups.
