Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome clients with a positive and professional attitude Manage appointment bookings (walk-ins, calls, and online scheduling) Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and customer follow-ups Maintain and update client records in the salon software Manage front desk operations such as billing, invoicing, and cash/card payments Coordinate with salon staff to ensure timely services Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery with grace Maintain a clean and presentable reception area Keep track of inventory at the front desk (retail products, brochures, etc.) Support marketing and promotional activities (displays, offers, etc.) Requirements:Minimum :Graduation preferred 6 months experience preferably in a salon/spa or hair and skin clinc industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with computers and salon booking software Well-groomed, presentable, and professional demeanor Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Basic knowledge of beauty services is a plus Work Schedule:6 days a week | Rotational weekly off | Weekend availability required female required Rotational shift 9am to 6pm, and 1pm to 10pm
