Position: Front Desk Manager Location: Rajkot Employment Type: Full-time Reports To: HR Head About the Role: We are looking for a Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our reception area and front office team. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming environment for clients, guests, and employees while maintaining efficiency, professionalism, and excellent service standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise front desk staff, ensuring smooth daily operations. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; redirect to relevant departments. Maintain records of visitors, appointments, and meeting room schedules. Oversee reception area upkeep to ensure cleanliness and presentability. Handle escalations, complaints, or issues promptly and efficiently. Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk staff to enhance performance. Coordinate with internal teams for administrative and facility support. Monitor inventory and order office supplies for the reception/front office. Ensure compliance with company policies, security, and safety procedures. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and front desk management software. Professional demeanor, grooming, and a customer-centric approach.
