Front Desk Manager

As an Assistant Front Office Manager at our establishment, you will play a vital role in supporting the Front Office Manager in overseeing front office operations and leading a team of staff members. Your responsibilities will include ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, maintaining high levels of guest and employee satisfaction, and optimizing the department's financial performance. To qualify for this position, you should possess a high school diploma or GED along with at least 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or a related field. Alternatively, a 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major from an accredited university will be accepted, with no work experience required. Your core work activities will involve setting and achieving guest services and front desk goals, managing the front desk team effectively, and delivering exceptional customer service that goes above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction and retention. You will also be responsible for implementing projects and policies, supporting human resource activities, and handling additional responsibilities as needed. In this role, you will be expected to lead by example, communicate effectively with team members, and foster a culture of trust, respect, and cooperation. Your ability to provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to employees, as well as your dedication to continuous improvement and adherence to company policies and procedures, will be crucial for success in this position.
