Lead and support the front desk team, making sure schedules are well-planned and everyone gets the guidance they need to perform their best. Oversee the day-to-day flow of check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and room allocations, ensuring everything runs smoothly for guests. Work closely with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other teams to deliver a seamless guest experience. Listen to guest concerns with empathy and resolve issues quickly, ensuring they feel valued and cared for. Keep an eye on front office operations, making sure hotel policies and service standards are consistently upheld. Track and manage front desk reports, occupancy levels. & Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers to generate new business opportunities. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across rooms, events, and F&B. Identify new markets, business channels, and partnership opportunities to expand hotel visibility. Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Work closely with operations teams to ensure client requirements are met and expectations exceeded. Track sales performance, maintain client databases, and share regular reports with management. Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings to strengthen the brand presence. Handle negotiations and finalize deals with professionalism and a win–win mindset. Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends to keep the hotel competitive.
