Job Description

This role requires strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills, with specific experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, potentially including knowledge of educational programs and services. Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the education sector or a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Familiarity with education platforms or an understanding of educational programs and services.
  • Staff Management: Train, supervise, and motivate front desk staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and operate according to company policies.
  • Visitor Experience:Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for students, parents, and other visitors, ensuring the reception area is always clean and organized.
  • Inquiry & Communication Management:Handle incoming calls, direct visitors, and provide information about the edutech institution's programs and services.
  • Administrative Tasks:Oversee general administrative duties such as managing incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring adequate office supplies.
  • Problem Resolution:Address and resolve customer complaints and queries promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  • Operational Efficiency: Manage shift rotations, delegate tasks, and maintain a high level of operational efficiency at the front desk.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Customer Service: A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with diverse groups, including students and parents.
  • Organization & Time Management: Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency : Competency in using computers and other office equipment, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to manage time and solve everyday problems efficiently and tactfully.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team of front desk staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • front desk manager: 4 years (Required)
  • education sector: 4 years (Required)
