We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and welcoming Front Desk Manager / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The successful candidate will manage the front office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment for all employees and visitors. This role is crucial in representing our company's image and providing excellent customer service. Office Management & Administration Manage the front desk: Greet, welcome, and direct all visitors, including clients, job candidates, and vendors, with professionalism and a positive demeanor. Telephone operations: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely and courteous manner. Mail and deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and couriers. Office supplies: Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and breakroom necessities, placing orders when necessary. Tidiness: Ensure the reception area, lobby, and conference rooms are always neat, orderly, and presentable. Scheduling: Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating conference room bookings.
