Job Title: Sales & Office Assistant – Industrial Supplies (Hydraulics / Pneumatics) Company: New Era Marketing (Established in 1995) Location: Kattoor, Ramnagar, Coimbatore About Us:New Era Marketing is a trusted retail supplier of industrial goods such as Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Lubrications, and Valve Automations. We proudly serve major companies across Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Job Role & Responsibilities:Attend and assist walk-in customers in selecting suitable products. Handle incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries. Place orders for materials that are out of stock or low in quantity. Maintain basic computer operations (Email, Excel, Word). Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities. Provide all-round office support as needed. Earn incentives for successful lead conversions and sales performance. Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience or background in Hydraulics or Pneumatics (preferred, not mandatory). Good communication and customer-handling skills. Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office. Proactive, organized, and willing to take on multiple responsibilities. Languages Required:English: Compulsory Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam: Added advantage Full-timeLocation: On-site – Kattoor, Ramnagar, Coimbatore Salary: Based on experience + Incentives
