Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Manager located in Lucknow. The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer service inquiries, performing receptionist duties, managing reservations, and communicating effectively with guests and team members. The role involves daily interactions with guests to ensure their needs are met and maintaining the overall front desk operations.

Qualifications

• Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Experience with Receptionist Duties and managing Reservations
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Salary 25,000-35,000 p.m.
