Gold’s Gym Rajahmundry, part of the globally recognized Gold’s Gym brand, is committed to providing a premium fitness experience. We are looking for a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to manage the reception area and serve as the first point of contact for members and guests.

Job Summary

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for everyone entering the gym. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, managing check-ins and memberships, supporting operational tasks, and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle all incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
• Manage member check-ins, trial registrations, and appointment scheduling
• Process new memberships, renewals, and payments accurately
• Maintain and update member records in the system
• Coordinate with trainers and management to ensure smooth daily operations
• Ensure the front desk and reception area are clean, presentable, and well-organized
• Support promotional campaigns and assist in client engagement activities
• Handle client feedback, concerns, and escalate issues as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience in front desk, customer service, or receptionist roles is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software
• Well-groomed, polite, and confident personality
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Graduate
