Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk staff member at Sharanam Green Resort, located in Calangute, Goa. The primary responsibility includes greeting and assisting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, answering phone calls professionally, and addressing guest inquiries. The role involves ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk and providing top-notch customer service. Qualifications Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties Strong Customer Service and Communication skills Basic Computer Literacy, including handling reservations and office software Ability to multitask and maintain a friendly and professional demeanor Prior experience in a front desk or customer-facing role is an advantage Fluency in English and local languages is preferred
