We are looking for a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to manage the reception area and serve as the first point of contact for members and guests. Job Summary As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for everyone entering the gym. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, managing check-ins and memberships, supporting operational tasks, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome members, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Handle all incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries Manage member check-ins, trial registrations, and appointment scheduling Process new memberships, renewals, and payments accurately Maintain and update member records in the system Coordinate with trainers and management to ensure smooth daily operations Ensure the front desk and reception area are clean, presentable, and well-organized Support promotional campaigns and assist in client engagement activities Handle client feedback, concerns, and escalate issues as needed Requirements Prior experience in front desk, customer service, or receptionist roles is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software Well-groomed, polite, and confident personality Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Graduate Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Complimentary gym membership Career growth opportunities within the Gold’s Gym network On-the-job training and development Professional and energetic work environment How to Apply Interested candidates can email their resume to [email protected] or visit Gold’s Gym Rajahmundry (JN Road) directly for a walk-in interview.
