Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk professional at our Hyderabad location. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting patients and visitors, managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls with proper phone etiquette, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries. The role also involves performing administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining patient records, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients through excellent customer service and communication.

Qualifications

Proficiency in phone etiquette and reception duties to manage front desk operations effectively and professionally.
Strong customer service skills, with a focus on ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with patients and staff.
Basic to intermediate computer literacy, including proficiency in using scheduling software and maintaining patient records.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; ability to handle a busy environment and work under pressure.
Prior experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred but not mandatory.
