We're looking for a Front Desk Executive who will be the face of the gym and deliver a welcoming and professional experience to every visitor.

Job Summary

As a Front Desk Executive, you'll manage reception duties, handle client inquiries, support gym operations, and ensure a smooth and friendly experience for members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet members, guests, and visitors warmly
• Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally
• Manage check-ins, sign-ups, renewals, and trial memberships
• Maintain accurate member records and update CRM software
• Coordinate with the sales team, trainers, and housekeeping staff for daily operations
• Ensure the reception area and lobby are clean, organized, and well-stocked with materials
• Handle billing, payments, and receipt generation
• Assist in promotional activities and member engagement events
• Resolve or escalate member complaints and feedback effectively

Requirements

• Previous experience in front desk, customer service, or reception roles (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of computers and office software
• Well-groomed, polite, and confident personality
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Minimum qualification: Intermediate/Graduate
