As the Office Assistant at Stockarea, you will have the following responsibilities: - Answer and manage all incoming calls on the company office number. - Direct calls to the appropriate departments and take accurate messages when required. - Provide information to customers and clients in a professional manner. - Maintain call records and ensure smooth communication flow within the office. - Support basic administrative or sales coordination tasks when needed. - Greet and assist walk-in visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
