Job Title: Showroom Front Desk

Location: Panipat

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 / month

Type: Entry-level / Freshers welcome

Role Overview:

The Front Desk Executive acts as the face of the showroom. You’ll be the first

point of contact for customers entering, helping with enquiries, guiding

them through displays, and ensuring a warm, professional showroom

experience.

Key Responsibilities:

● Greet customers politely as they enter the showroom.

● Provide initial product information: types of sanitary fittings, tiles,

Kohler products on display.

● Guide customers through display/model areas, help them find what

they need.

● Maintain showroom cleanliness, presentation of displays.

● Escalate specific enquiries to relevant sales or technical staff.

● Handle basic administrative tasks: phone calls, appointment setting,

managing customer logs or visitor book.

● Assist with maintaining stock / sample displays – ensuring they are

well organized.

Requirements:

● Freshers welcome; some prior customer service experience helpful but

not mandatory.

● Good communication skills, especially in Hindi

● Good grooming and presentation.

● Basic computer / MS Office skills for appointments, daily logs.
