About the Role

Front Desk Executive


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Handle couriers, mail distribution, and other front office logistics.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Provide administrative support to HR and management as required.
  • Maintain the reception area in a neat and presentable condition.
  • Track and manage office supplies related to the front desk.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Administration preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
