Job Descriptions :

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Front Desk Executive to manage our front office operations and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and staff. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
• Schedule and manage meeting rooms and appointments.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
• Maintain stock of front office supplies and ensure the reception area is well-organized, and professional.
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information (in person, via phone, or email).

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
