Job Summary:

We are seeking a warm, professional, and organized Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact at our clinic. The ideal candidate will manage client appointments, handle inquiries, maintain records, and ensure a seamless front-desk experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and courteous attitude.
Manage daily appointments, walk-ins, and scheduling using clinic software.
Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information about services and bookings.
Maintain and update patient/client records with confidentiality and accuracy.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Coordinate with the clinic staff to ensure smooth operational flow.
Collect payments and issue receipts when required.
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to stay calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, emails, scheduling tools).
Fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu.
