Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Executive at The Fern Hotels & Resorts, located in Diu. The Front Desk Executive will manage reception duties, including welcoming guests, handling inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring a seamless guest experience. They will coordinate with other departments, manage reservations, and maintain records, providing personalized and professional customer service at all times.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills to build rapport and effectively interact with guests and team members
Demonstrated proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including handling calls and managing front desk operations
Customer Service and Communication skills to address guest needs efficiently and professionally
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
Proficiency in basic computer applications and reservation systems is preferred
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
High school diploma required; a degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain a welcoming demeanor
