Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Front Desk Executive. The role involves managing reception duties, handling phone calls with proper etiquette, greeting and assisting guests, ensuring high-quality customer service, and efficiently communicating with staff and guests. The Front Desk Executive will play a vital role in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and great Phone Etiquette
• Experience with Receptionist Duties and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage time efficiently
• Prior experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree/certification is a plus
