Front Desk Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Front desk manager with skills of Sales and Marketing, Client handling to join our team The Gymnasium House, located in Pallikaranai, Chennai. As the Front desk Manager, you will be responsible for devising and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.

2. Identify and target potential customers.

3. Plan and execute physical marketing activities, including but not limited to events, promotions, and partnerships, to enhance brand visibility and increase sales.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and addressing their feedbacks if any.

5. Collaborate with the floor team in identifying potential clients and improving sales and ways to provide best service to them.

6. Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

7. Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and team targets.

8. Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing activities, performance, and ROI to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree

2. Proven track record of successful sales and marketing management .

3. Strong understanding of the Chennai market and consumer behavior, with experience in physical marketing strategies.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong analytical mindset.

6. Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team.

7. Results-driven and goal-oriented approach with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills.
