About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and well-groomed Front Desk Executive to be the face of our financial advisory firm. The ideal candidate will manage reception operations, coordinate client visits, assist internal teams with scheduling, and ensure a professional, welcoming experience for every client and visitor.

Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction & Reception

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a professional first impression.
  • Handle all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain the front office area — neat, organized, and aligned with brand aesthetics.

Administrative & Coordination Support

  • Manage appointment schedules and coordinate meetings for advisors and management.
  • Maintain visitor logs and handle correspondence, courier services, and documentation flow.

Office & Event Assistance

  • Assist in coordinating client meetings, seminars, and internal events.
  • Manage stationery, inventory, and vendor coordination.
  • Support HR or operations teams in administrative duties as needed.

Professional Conduct

  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling client data.
  • Follow up on pending tasks, maintaining professionalism and timely communication.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Commerce preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or Admin Coordinator.
  • Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi essential; Marathi preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable using CRM or scheduling tools.
  • Polished appearance and strong client-handling etiquette.
