Front Desk Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a smart and well-presented Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. The ideal candidate will manage all front-office and administrative responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist all visitors and inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding courses.
• Maintain student inquiry records in CRM/Excel.
• Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and coordinate with the counseling team.
• Manage daily attendance logs, visitor register, and reception area.
• Support basic administrative and coordination tasks for the office.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

• Timely and accurate handling of all inquiries.
• Effective coordination with sales/counseling teams.
• Proper maintenance of front desk and record systems.
• Consistent professional communication with students and visitors.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Smart personality, confident, and organized.
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
• Previous experience in front desk or admin role preferred.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is a plus.
