Greet and welcome guests/clients in a professional and friendly manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages with promptness
Maintain visitor logs and manage appointments
Assist HR and Admin teams with documentation, onboarding, and records
Maintain office supplies, equipment inventory, and vendor coordination
Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of reception and meeting areas
Coordinate courier, travel bookings, and internal events
Manage day-to-day office activities smoothly
Support in basic billing, petty cash management, and admin reports
Work closely with cross-functional teams for logistical needs
Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive or Admin Assistant
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and punctual
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
