Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and clients with warmth and professionalism.

Answer phone calls, handle emails, and route queries efficiently.

Oversee appointment scheduling and visitor logs.

#Administrative Assistance

Support HR and Admin with onboarding, documentation, and background checks.

Manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and uphold office tidiness.

Handle logistics for mail, courier services, and staff travel arrangements.

#Daily Operations

Facilitate smooth running of office routines and meetings.

Help with petty cash, billing support, and basic record-keeping.

Liaise with various teams to support operational needs and event coordination.

What We’re Looking For:

· 1–3 years in a similar front desk or admin role.

· Outstanding communication skills and a welcoming personality.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

· Degree preferred; ready for immediate joining.
