Job description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team in Ghaziabad. The ideal

candidate will have 06 months to 1 year of experience, good communication skills, and the ability to

provide top-notch administrative support.

Roles and Responsibility

 Manage the reception calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate with staff to ensure

smooth operations.

 Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries professionally and friendly.

 Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

 Maintain accurate records and reports.

 Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings.

 Develop and implement effective filing systems.

Job Requirements

 Professional degree in any field.

 Minimum 06 months to 1 year of experience in front office or reception roles.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Good organizational and time management skills.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office.

 Experience in handling front office operations, including reception, computer operating, and

assisting.
