Role Overview:

As the Front Desk Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You are the hub of our clinic's operations, ensuring every patient feels valued from the moment they connect with us. Your primary role is to manage the patient flow, handle administrative tasks with precision, and support our clinical team to create a seamless and efficient patient journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, answering inquiries, and directing calls appropriately.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments with a high degree of accuracy.
• Manage the daily appointment schedule for our dentists and hygienists to optimize patient flow.
• Register new patients, ensuring all necessary forms are completed and patient information is accurately entered into our system.
• Process patient payments, manage billing, and handle end-of-day financial reconciliation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Communicate effectively with the clinical team to ensure a smooth hand-off of patients.
• Manage patient records with strict adherence to privacy and confidentiality regulations.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email correspondence.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as inventory tracking, ordering supplies, and daily reporting

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Degree or certification in administration is a plus)
• Prior experience in a dental or medical office preferred

• Languages Required:

  Must be able to communicate fluently in

  English, Kannada, and Hindi

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and dental software (training will be provided)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Work Schedule:Full-time position

• 6 days Per week (Except Saturday & Sunday)
