Front Desk Administrator

Job Title:Front Desk Administrator – Apollo Dental Clinic, Yemare, Sarjapur Road About the Role: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Administrator to join our dental clinic team. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming experience while managing the front office operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone with courtesy and professionalism Schedule and confirm patient appointments Manage patient records, registration forms, and insurance documentation accurately Handle billing, payments, and basic accounting tasks Coordinate with dental assistants and doctors to ensure smooth clinic flow Respond promptly to patient inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns Maintain a clean and organized reception area Assist with administrative tasks such as inventory tracking, ordering supplies, and daily reporting Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent (Degree or certification in administration is a plus) Prior experience in a dental or medical office preferred Languages Required: Must be able to communicate fluently in English, Kannada, and Hindi Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Proficiency with basic computer applications and dental software (training will be provided) Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Work Schedule:Full-time position 6 days Per week (Except Saturday & Sunday) Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience Sick Leave Training and development opportunities Supportive team environment How to Apply:If you are enthusiastic about delivering excellent patient care and creating a warm, welcoming environment, we’d love to hear from you.
