Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Handle walk-in inquiries and provide initial information about student visa services. Record and maintain accurate data for all walk-in clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Direct clients to appropriate counselors based on their individual needs. Provide general administrative support, including document scanning and coordinating courier services. Conduct follow-up calls with walk-in clients and IELTS students, recording interactions accurately. Track IELTS faculty schedules and monitor student progress. Maintain and update Excel sheets for Canadian colleges and universities. Perform follow-up calls with clients as needed, ensuring all communications are timely and well-documented. 10. Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by management to support office operations Required Knowledge 1.Basic understanding of student visa processes for various countries. 2. Familiarity with IELTS testing procedures and requirements. 3. Knowledge of general office procedures and use of office equipment. 4.
