Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through outbound calling to understand their loan requirements.
• Provide advisory services on various loan products including home loans, personal loans, business loans, and loan against property (LAP).
• Assist clients in completing loan applications and ensure all necessary documentation is collected.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the loan products offered and stay updated on market trends.
• Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting loan products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve customer service.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
