Job Title: Internship Recruiter (Performance-based Commission Only) Age Range: 21-35 Duration: 45 Days Type: Internship (Performance-based commission, no fixed stipend) Benefits: Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR processes. Mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals. The potential for full-time employment upon successful completion of the internship. Internship certificate upon completion, with a minimum of 90% office attendance. Responsibilities: Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals. Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and facilitate the recruitment process. Support in the selection process, including conducting interviews and assisting in candidate assessment. Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring activities. Help maintain and update the HR database and employee records. Assist with HR administrative tasks such as drafting offer letters, onboarding formalities, and documentation. Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and other learning and development activities. Requirements : Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and recruitment.
