Operator / Jr. Engineer / Engineer – Portable 3D Measurement

Location: Hazira, Surat (On-site)

Qualification:
ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience:
Fresher or up to 3 years of experience in:

• 3D Scanning or Metrology Equipment
• CAD / CAM / CAE Software
• Industrial Automation Solutions

Hands-on experience or knowledge of these technologies will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise & Demonstrations

• Perform on-site measurement using portable 3D scanners, arms, laser trackers, and related software.
• Analyse measurement data and generate reports as per customer documentation needs.
• Create and execute manual and automated inspection programs for portable 3D scanning and metrology instruments (CMM) using CAD and GD&T features.

Customer Engagement & Support

• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing technical queries effectively.
• Provide technical support during installation, calibration, and measurement projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement and innovation in measurement processes.

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of 3D Scanning / CMM / Metrology Equipment
• Understanding of CAD/CAM/CAE Software
• Basic knowledge of GD&T
• Good communication & analytical skills
• Willingness to travel for on-site projects
