WE ARE HIRING FOR NON VOICE PROCESS & WORK FROM HOME, ONLY FRESHERS CAN APPLY. Job Role • Monitor and analyse real-time data from multiple datasets. • Identify and investigate errors in news alerts and captions. • Cross-check information with social media posts for accuracy, completeness, and factual correctness. • Write and edit captions for social media posts. • Audit and programmatically apply business rules for data validation. • QA algorithmic is to improve the quality of the dataset output. • Stay up-to-date on new policies, processes and procedures impacting the QA workflow Nature of Support : Non voice Shift : Rotational Shift (24*7) Work Mode : WFH.
