French Language Expert

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  customer support calls in French

  for the US Roadside Assistance campaign.
• Assist customers with emergency roadside needs such as towing, jump-starts, lockout support, fuel delivery, etc.
  
• Understand customer concerns, provide correct solutions, and ensure a smooth and positive experience.
  
• Translate internal or external communication and documents

  in French

  , when required.
• Maintain accurate call logs, customer interaction details, and follow-ups in the system.
  
• Achieve targets related to service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  
• Coordinate with internal support teams for complex or escalated requests.
  
• Follow client guidelines and adapt to changes in process requirements.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum Education:

  12th Pass

  (Graduate/Undergraduate preferred).

• French language proficiency at B2 level

  DELF/DALF/TEF/TCF or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong spoken and written

  French communication

  skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work on web-based platforms.
  

Experience:

• Freshers & experienced

  candidates both eligible.
• Prior experience in

  Customer Support / Translation / BPO

  will be an advantage.

Work Schedule:

• Rotational US Shifts

• Rotational Weekly Offs

• 5 Days Working

Compensation:

• 4 to 6 LPA

  (based on language proficiency & experience)

• No cab or meal facility

  provided.

• Work From Office – Noida

  only.
