French Language Expert

You are being sought by eTechno Lab Pvt. Ltd. for the role of a passionate French language Expert with certification level N2 and above to become a part of the core team involved in DevOps work on Google's cutting-edge cloud platform. As a French language Expert at eTechno Lab Pvt. Ltd., your key responsibilities will include: - Resolving customer queries, escalations, and handling critical situations effectively. - Demonstrating a good understanding of web standards, CSS-based design, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility. - Timely and consistent resolution of customer issues. - Managing your time and productivity efficiently to meet daily individual and team ticket targets. - Keeping yourself updated with the knowledge of the internal ticketing system. To excel in this role, the following qualifications are required: - 4-5 years of relevant experience. - Educational qualifications - UG: Diploma in Any Specialization, B.Sc in Any Specialization, B.Com in Commerce, Any Graduate in Any Specialization, B.A in Any Specialization, B.B.A / B.M.S in Management.
